Compliance with FAA regulations is essential for heliport safety. As mandated by the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 14, Part 157, heliport owners must register their facilities and maintain accurate records.

- The FAA will perform airspace studies on new construction in your area and will include your heliport in their final determination.
- Your heliport will be included in the national database and viewable on pilot flight planning applications.
- Your heliport will be included in drone databases allowing drone operators to maintain a safe distance.
- Special Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAP) can be developed if desired.
