HELIPORT SAFETY ORGANIZATION, LLC PRIVACY POLICY/STATEMENT 

If you have questions or complaints regarding our Privacy Statement or practices, please contact us as detailed under the “How to Contact Us” section below.


1. WHEN THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT APPLIES 

This Privacy Statement (“Statement”) applies to all Heliport Safety Organization, LLC products and services (“Services”) that link to this Statement. Heliport Safety Organization, LLC is the entity responsible for all Personal Information collected from customers under this Statement. 


2. WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION 

We want to be transparent about the information we collect and how we use it to deliver our Services, operate our business, and continually improve your experience. We do not sell or share your Personal Information with third parties for their own commercial purposes without your consent.

We may also work with advertising networks that use cookies to deliver interest‑based ads. Opting out does not eliminate ads but prevents interest‑based targeting.

c) Do Not Track

Our Services do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, as no industry standard has been established

a) Data Retention

We retain your information as long as necessary to provide Services, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. If you close your account, we may continue to send important service‑related updates unless you opt out of marketing communications.

If you maintain an online account, you may view and update your Personal Information at any time.

6. DATA LOCATION AND TRANSFER POLICY

Heliport Safety Organization, LLC maintains strict data‑residency and data‑handling controls. All customer data is stored, processed, and retained exclusively within the United States. We do not transfer data overseas or permit international data processing under any circumstances.

We limit third‑party access to U.S.-based service providers operating under contractual agreements that enforce:

  • Domestic‑only data residency
  • Controlled access
  • Compliance with our security and privacy standards

Customer data is shared only with service providers who meet these requirements and solely to support or deliver our Services.

These measures ensure that customer information remains protected, domestically contained, and aligned with U.S. data‑security expectations.

9. COLLECTION AND USE OF CHILDREN'S PERSONAL INFORMATION 

Our Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors.
